Before you start
Does a human really design the plan?
Yes. AI tools prepare a preliminary version and crunch the values, but the final menu is designed, checked and signed off by a university-qualified dietitian, who is responsible for its content.
How are you different from a trainer or coach?
Our dietitians are required to hold a relevant degree (a dietetics degree). This is not coaching 'from experience' — it's a plan from a specialist.
Is this medical advice?
No. A meal plan does not replace a medical consultation. For chronic conditions, consult your physician.
